About My Family... My Husband aka Mr. Mojo, Mr. Green Jeans, Honey, Lovey, and Foofi Love of my life, best friend, companion and my leader. He fixes everything- he's like MacGyver. Give him a match, a piece of chewed gum, and a strand of my hair and he could build a bomb! He's exciting, romantic, industrious, devoted, spontaneous, driven, protective, gives great foot and back rubs, still brings flowers to his bride, and loves to play practical jokes. The Architect Age: 17 Has a penchant for designing, inventing, and building. When something breaks, his siblings take it to him for repair. He is a military expert, and is intelligent, loyal, affectionate, logical and is a voracious reader. Not uncommon for this olive shoot to be reading four huge books at once. Loves to whistle songs. He is incredibly responsible and yet hasn't lost the ability to be a child and enjoy life. I affectionately call him my John-Boy. The Explorer Age: 14 This boy was born to move. An avid explorer who wants to learn on the go. He is excellent at astronomy and is the boy who is most like his Daddy. He loves to make people laugh and is very energetic, talkative, outgoing, lighthearted, lively, gives big bear hugs, and is my gentle giant. His tagline is,"You gotta be hungry to eat?" The Horse Whisperer Age: 11 Has a fondness for all animals- especially horses, and is very creative. She loves cooking, baking, writing, drawing, poetry, and sewing. Also loves to walk barefoot with her hair down and pick flowers. She is very maternal, inspired, thoughtful, vivacious, attentive and gregarious. She always says she loves me and she likes me. The Actor Age: 8 Loves to draw and build with legos. Also likes to play with his swords and shields. He is exceptional at doing impressions and skits, especially in a British accent; our resident riddle and joke teller, and is bright, gentle, caring, loving, humorous, tender hearted, and a people pleaser. He always volunteers to help around the house, and tells me often I am the best Mom in the world. He is my 'Cool Joe' and likes to buzz around keeping us all laughing. The Artist Age: 6 Always to be found with a pen, pencil, or crayon in hand. Life is a blank palette that needs her to create her masterpieces. She has a very big heart. Says she loves my long 'currie' hair. Loves to do everything I do, and says she wants to be just like me. She is thoughtful, artistic, focused, dutiful, discerning, warm and compassionate. She is the only left handed child I have so far. The Nutkin Age: 3 Likes to take things such as keys, wallets, and assorted items you are looking for and hide them. Can render desired response from her audience by tilting head to the side, scrunching up her nose, and saying, "Pweeeze?" Loves to play dinosaurs with her brothers, or dolls with her sisters. She has her brothers and sisters enamoured and wrapped around her fingers with her shenanagans. Very cute and loving, she's my nutsy nutcake.
